Brush twice daily with blue®m toothpaste and the blue®m ultra soft toothbrush for at least four weeks to minimise irritation of the treated area in the mouth or as advised by your dentist, oral hygienist or specialist.
daily oral care
Four weeks after surgery, we recommend switching to the bluem day-to-day toothbrush for the daily care of teeth or implants.
